Packages that are delivered by FedEx, UPS, and any other carriers are easily received into the system using automatic data capture and bar code technology. Package(s) are then delivered to the recipient, scanned, and a signature is collected on the handheld verifying delivery of the package(s)

Captures eletronic signatures when packages are delivered. Custom template e-mails are automatically generated when packages are received in the mail room. The e-mail alerts the recipient that the package(s) will be delivered soon or that they need to pick them up.
